Once you have placed an order, you will receive a confirmation email. It also contains our account number where you can make the payment. Once your payment has been received by us, we will ship within 48 hours.
All orders are shipped by PostNL.

FREE SHIPPING WITHIN THE NETHERLANDS
All prices on our website include shipping costs (within the Netherlands), based on normal shipping by post. In that case, the shipping risk lies with the customer and not with kamagra discounter.
We notice that orders generally arrive well without insurance, but are lost once a month. That is why we recommend that you have an order above € 25.00 sent by insured mail.
Would you rather send your order insured? You can choose this option when ordering. The costs for insured shipping are €8.50.
If you opt for an insured shipment, you will also receive a track & trace code with which you can track the delivery.

SHIPPING OUTSIDE THE NETHERLANDS
Would you like to receive your order outside the Dutch borders? That is also possible at kamagra discounter. We ship to all countries, except the USA. The shipping costs outside the Netherlands are € 17.50. An order abroad is always sent insured, with track & trace information to track the delivery.
Orders outside the Netherlands are also passed on to PostNL, the final delivery will take place by PostNL partners in the country of destination.
An order outside the Netherlands generally takes longer, we give the order to PostNL just as quickly as any other shipment. However, according to our experience, depending on your location, it can take 7 to 15 days for the order to be delivered.

DISCRETE PACKAGING
Every order you place at kamagra discounter will be shipped in neutral and discreet packaging. The packaging does not show what you have ordered and the name of our webshop will not be visible anywhere on the packaging.
