Once you have placed an order, you will receive an email confirming it. It also states our account number where you can make the payment. Once we have received your payment, we will ship within 48 hours.
All orders are shipped by the Dutch company PostNL.
FREE SHIPPING
All prices on our website include shipping costs based on normal postal delivery. In that case, the shipping risk lies with the customer and not with kamagra-discounter.
SHIPPING WITH INSURANCE AND TRACKING-LINK
We notice that orders generally arrive without insurance, but get lost a few times in a month. That is why we recommend that for an order above €25.00 you choose insured shipping.
Do you want to send your order insured? You can choose this option when ordering. The costs for insured shipping in the Netherlands are €8.50 and outside the Netherlands €17.50.
If you opt for an insured shipment, you will also receive a trackinglink with which you can track the delivery. You can see the tracking link in your account.
EXTRA INFO FOR SHIPPING OUTSIDE THE NETHERLANDS
We ship to all countries, except the USA.
Orders outside the Netherlands are also passed on to PostNL by us, the final delivery will take place by PostNL partners in the country of destination.
An order outside the Netherlands generally takes longer, but we give the order to PostNL just as quickly as any other shipment. But depending on your location, according to our experience, it can take 5-15 business days for the order to be delivered.
DISCREET PACKAGING
Every order you place with discount kamagra will be shipped in neutral and discreet packaging. The packaging does not show what you have ordered and the name of our webshop will not be visible anywhere on the packaging.
TIME-LINE FOR SHIPMENT
DAY 1
You place your order. You get an e-mail confirmation with our bank-account information (could be in your spam) and you can make the bank-transfer.
DAY 1 OR 2
We are checking if your payment is visible on our bank-account.
DAY 2 OR 3
If payment is visible on our bank-account, we will pack your order discretely and send it. You will get an e-mail confirmation that we processed your order.
DAY 3 OR 4
If you chose for an insured shipment, you can see your tracking-information in your account. If you chose free shipping, it has been packed in an envelope and send by post.
WHEN WILL I GET MY DELIVERY?
After day 3, it is in the hands of the Dutch company PostNL who takes care of the actual delivery. How long it will be before it arrives to you, depends on how busy they are and to which country you want it do be delivered. Usually it is within one week, sometimes it takes two weeks and in very extreme busy times it can take up to three weeks.
